These machines give automated shotblasting against the inside and outside of a pipe-like structure of the wind power generator tower. The energy-efficient centrifugal shotblasting unit processes internal and external surfaces. The system automatically collects the blasting material after propelling and re-propels it for both inside and outside surfaces. They form the best surface for painting and spraying.
These machines propel the media against a film surface that is being rolled up at high speed to form a rough surface.
Blasting adds some characteristics to a film such as (1) better adhesion, (2) Anti-sticking (anti-blocking), (3) matting effect, and (4) improved separation.
Our recommended equipment uses a centrifugal shot blasting method for more efficient processing than air blasting.
These machines remove contaminants of radioactive materials. They are basically operated unmanned with a robot to avoid operators' exposure to radiation. In addition to minimizing maintenance, the system also has a mechanism to reduce waste dust.
Other type of machines includes maintenance equipment for nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, and refuse incineration systems.
These machines perform shot peening treatment against turbine blades of aircraft engines, hydroelectric and thermal power systems. They produce residual stress inside the blade to achieve the prescribed stress value.
These machines remove the scale on the crankshaft after heat treatment. The crankshaft is shot-blasted while going through the machine as it rotates.
These machines remove plastic from the screw without damaging the surface of the screw.
Blasting machines equipped with an electric furnace for the breaker plates of nozzles and extruders are also available.
This type of machines has the automated mechanism to remove paint and dirt from the outer surfaces of containers such as propane gas, oxygen, argon gas, and hydrogen.
They are suitable for container inspection facilities such as coating thickness inspection. Some type of machines may have the automated mechanism to perform blasting against internal surfaces as an optional extra.
